Ninety minutes with you and your team, then we watch how the work actually happens — not how the manual says it happens. You get a short report: the three best places AI would pay off in your business, what each would cost to build, and what each would save you per month.
We build one system, end to end, inside the tools you already pay for. Chasing overdue invoices, drafting quotes from your own price list, sorting a shared inbox, answering the five questions your team types out fifty times a week.
Your team learns to use AI on their own work, not in the abstract. Everybody leaves with three prompts they will use that same week, plus a one-page rulebook on what never goes into a chatbot.

No. If your team uses email and a spreadsheet today, they can use what we build. We do the technical setup, and we write the instructions the way you would explain it to a new starter.
It usually is, and it is rarely a blocker. We work with the files and tools you already have. If something genuinely needs tidying first, the Health Check will tell you what, and in what order — and sometimes that answer is "tidy this yourself, don't pay us yet."
No. It removes the repetitive part of a job so the same person can do more valuable work — the calls, the relationships, the judgement. We will also tell you plainly when a task should stay human, because usually it should.
Whichever fits. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot if you already pay for Microsoft 365. We are not tied to any vendor and we take no commission from software companies — so our recommendation costs you nothing extra.
Health Checks usually start within a week of the first call. A Build Sprint runs three to four weeks from kickoff to handover. If you have a hard deadline — a busy season, an audit — tell us on the call and we will say whether it is realistic.
If the Health Check surfaces nothing worth automating, we refund it. Build Sprints are fixed-fee and split into milestones, so if the first milestone does not do what we said it would, you can end it there and keep what has been built.
Yes, before we see anything. We never put your data into a tool that trains on it, we will show you the settings that make that true, and if you would rather keep everything on your own systems, we will tell you what that costs you in capability.
